What do you enjoy most about working at Premier?
My team. I learned early on when I started here that we are not co-workers, we are family and get along like family. If one person is down the rest will pick them up and probably make fun of you while doing it.
What do you enjoy about working with PBR’s clients?
I have been in the industry in one fashion or another for 25 years. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, someone goes rogue and comes up with something new and exciting. Every project is different. Each client is different. There are never two days that are the same. I love seeing the diversity in the client’s selections.
What are some of your strengths or areas you especially enjoy in your role?
I try to stay organized and keep people on track. Sometimes it’s like herding cats, but it always works out in the end. I usually have some sort of interaction with each client, and I like to get to know them aside from their project. It’s nice to see a client out at a store or restaurant. I ‘m horrible with names so I may not remember your name, but I will know where your house is and what color your kitchen is. 😊
What do you enjoy outside of work?
There’s never a dull moment around my house. My kids keep us busy year-round between school sports and travel sports but when I can escape, give me sunshine, palm trees, a tiki bar, and a pool.
And just for fun, any dislikes or pet peeves?
Mushrooms. You can have them. All of them.
